The Seoul Economic Development Agency (SBA, CEO Kim Hyun-woo) announced that the Open Innovation Demo Day 'IMPACT DIVE 2024' will be held at 13:00 on Thursday, November 28 at the Gangnam-gu Textile Center Event Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
'IMPACT DIVE' is a demo day event promoted to promote the achievements of cooperation between startups and large and midsize companies that participated in the Seoul Startup Hub Open Innovation Program and to contribute to revitalizing the open innovation ecosystem, and has been successfully held every year since 2022. Open innovation is an open innovation that creates new products or services by procuring technologies and ideas that companies need from outside and collaborating by sharing resources within the company, and Demo Day is an event that provides an opportunity to attract investment through promotion of startups.

On this demo day, 11 promising startups discovered through an open innovation program and directly recommended by large and medium-sized companies will present IR pitching (presentations to attract investment from startups).

Kim Jong-woo, Head of Entrepreneurship at the Seoul Economic Development Agency, said, “This demo day is a place where we can see the fruits of open innovation, which is a win-win cooperation model between startups and large and midsize companies.
