Automatic collection and analysis of financial and non-financial data from 700,000 commercial corporations in Korea
Woori Financial Holding Co., Ltd. announced on the 11th that it is introducing a big data-based corporate analysis platform developed by a company participating in the startup cooperation program Dino Lab (Digital Innovation Lab).
The “Hubble Database” system developed by Antock Co., Ltd. is a big data curation platform that automatically tracks, collects, and analyzes structured and unstructured data for individual companies through sample research and analysis of individual information of nearly 700,000 domestic companies.
For example, unlike existing corporate search services centered on financial data, the platform introduced this time provides comprehensive analysis data in all areas of finance and non-finance, such as the company's business, technology, organization, certification, and investment, to support important decision-making in determining the future growth and value of a company.
Furthermore, since corporate data is reflected in real time, it can be applied not only to managing the performance of trading companies, but also to finding potential corporate customers. In the future, we are considering using it for follow-up management monitoring of loan companies and the discovery of new investment sites at subsidiary business sites such as Woori Bank.
An official from Woori Finance said, “It is significant to use a corporate information portal directly developed by startups participating in Woori Finance Dino Lab,” and “it will become more sophisticated and easier to discover and collaborate with future companies in the future.”
